Over 150 coaches from around the world listened to a lecture by Bulgarian Nikola Dimitrov in the CEV program

Bulgarian specialist Nikola Dimitrov continues to solidify his authority on the international volleyball scene. More than 150 coaches, educators, and specialists from various countries around the world registered for his webinar within the 14th series of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) educational project "Play Volleyball – Grow with it."
For Dimitrov, this is another recognition from the European governing body, which has included him among the lecturers in the program for the third time. The Bulgarian was already part of the seventh and ninth waves of the project, and now he has once again received an invitation to share his experience with the international coaching community.
During the online seminar, he focused on one of the most current topics in modern coaching – how to make the training process as close as possible to real match situations. To the participants, Dimitrov presented practical approaches for creating a game-based training environment that develops players' ability to make decisions, act confidently under pressure, and transfer what they learned in training to official matches.
The Bulgarian specialist is well-known for his modern approach to the development of young volleyball players. As co-founder of Lion Hearts Volleyball Academy, he works on training models that place the player at the center of the process and encourage independent thinking, creativity, and long-term development.
Dimitrov himself defines the webinar as good preparation for the upcoming CEV Coaches Convention, which will take place from June 12 to 14. The entire coaching staff of Lion Hearts Volleyball Academy will attend the forum, and according to him, the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation will also send representatives. The event is expected to gather leading specialists from all over Europe for an exchange of experience and presentation of the latest trends in the development of the game.
Over the years, Dimitrov has worked with various national teams of Bulgaria, as well as with leading club organizations. Alongside his practical activities, he is an active participant in international educational initiatives, where he presents modern methodologies for training and development of young athletes.
The fact that CEV once again trusts the Bulgarian specialist as a lecturer is indicative of the high regard for his work and expertise. And the interest from over 150 registered participants from various parts of the world confirms that his ideas and methods are finding an increasingly wide resonance far beyond the borders of Bulgaria.

Following Dimitrov's lecture, the program of the 14th series continued with the participation of Slovenian conditioning specialist Rosana Krajnc, who presented topics related to the athletic development of young volleyball players, injury prevention, and long-term physical preparation.
