Vital Heynen could return to Poland! This time, however, it's not about taking over one of the national teams. According to information from Przegląd Sportowy Onet, the Belgian has received an offer from Bogdanka LUK Lublin, who is looking for a coach for next season. The 55-year-old specialist is currently the coach of the Chinese national team. A new transfer bomb in Lublin? Volleyball fans don't need us to introduce Vital Heynen. The charismatic Belgian won the hearts of Polish fans a few years ago by winning the world championship with the Polish volleyball players in 2018. After the unsuccessful Olympic Games in Tokyo and a wave of negative reactions, the 55-year-old specialist parted ways with the team, and his place was taken by Nikola Grbic. Nevertheless, many people remember coach Heynen with fondness to this day. Since his departure from the Polish national team, the Belgian could not complain about a lack of engagements. At one time, he even showed interest in taking over from Jacek Nawrocki and leading the Polish women's national team. However, the coach did not return to Poland, but began a brief collaboration with the German women. Meanwhile, he tried to break into Turkey, leading Nilüfer Belediyespor, and is currently trying to get the Chinese men's national team back on its feet. Now, however, according to Przegląd Sportowy Onet, it is possible that the likeable coach could return to Poland again. Vital Heynen has received an offer from Bogdanka LUK Lublin, who is looking for a coach for next season. This would be another "transfer bomb" in Lublin, but we will have to wait for official information.
