Italian media noted today's election of Antonina Zetova as the women's national coach. Her successes as a competitor, some of them with Italian teams (Modena, Bergamo, Chieri, and Perugia), are recalled. In Italy, Toni Zetova will be remembered for winning the Champions League in the 2005/06 season with Sirio Perugia. She won two Italian titles - with Modena in 2000 and with Perugia in 2007, Italian colleagues recall. It was in Perugia that Toni ended her long sports career in 2012.
