Rado Arsov: "Levski" should fight for the title with "Maritsa"

Radoslav Arsov, the new coach of the women's volleyball team of "Levski Sofia", returned from Russia to work again in Bulgaria. He used the event marking the signing of a contract with Palms Bet as a club partner to answer journalistic questions.

"I hope I made the right choice. I have worked for many years in France and in Russia. Now I see that everything possible is being done to develop volleyball here. The conditions are excellent, I am home, in Sofia," Arsov told reporters.

"The goal is to enjoy a championship title in the women's volleyball division at Levski. We have always had ambitions. What won me over is the opportunity to develop these wonderful young girls. Let them achieve success here and go on to play in stronger European championships. We must fight 'Maritsa' for the championship title. The ball is feminine, everything is possible," the coach said with a sense of humor.

"Working with women is always interesting. It also comes down to psychology, because early in the morning one girl might have a beautiful manicure, and the others might not. Women are extremely resilient. If you win their trust, they are very hardworking and loyal," Arsov also shared.

"Structurally and marketing-wise, 'Levski' is ready. We need to give ourselves a period of one, two years. During this time, we will fight, it is good to be finalists. But let's not skip stages. At the latest by the third year, we must achieve great success," Radoslav Arsov concluded.
