France decisively defeated Spain with a score of 3:0 (25-20, 25-19, 25-20) in the first semi-final match of the U18 Men's European Championship, hosted by Bulgaria. The match took place in the capital's "Levski Sofia" hall in front of about 150 spectators. France's victory came in 70 minutes, during which the "Blues" never left any doubt as to who was the better team, making 10 block points against 4 for Spain. Thus, France will meet the winner of the Italy-Poland match in the gold medal contest. The top scorer was Cesar Camacho from Spain with 13 points, followed by Noah Rossi with 13 points and Ino Dukic with 12 (including 3 from blocks).
