This season, the proteges of Plamen Konstantinov and Konstantin Bryanski met at the "Lokomotiv Arena" on September 18 as part of the third round of the PARI Super League 2025. Even then, the "railroaders" suffered a loss with the same result - "Lokomotiv" (Novosibirsk) - "Dynamo" (Moscow) - 1:3 (25:22, 22:25, 25:27, 15:25). The most effective players then were opposite Hitter Denis Bogdan (17 points) and opposites Tsvetan Sokolov and Rajab with 16 points each.
Out of a total of 46 matches between the two teams, Lokomotiv has 15 wins, and Dynamo has 31 wins.
Immediately after the match, Lokomotiv's head coach Plamen Konstantinov commented on the loss to Dynamo:

"In the middle of the first set there was a big difference - after that there was no more volleyball. We couldn't get into the game, but then we came back. Unfortunately, we missed the opportunity in the fourth set to turn the match around and reach a tie-break. I think we had enough chances, but when you make three or four direct errors at the end, especially in rallies, you probably don't deserve to win the end. I think this is our main problem. When you make mistakes at the end of sets, you will most often lose against a top team. Against such a team, every ball is decisive. Given the many mistakes at the end, I think we deserved to lose," Konstantinov was quoted by the "BO Sport" correspondent.
