Levski Sofia took another decisive step towards the title, this time establishing control from the very first rallies in Burgas and leaving no doubt as to who dictated the pace in the final series.
The champions prevailed over Neftochimic 2010 with a 3:0 (25:18, 25:21, 25:18) victory in the second match of the series and are now just one win away from gold, leading 2-0.
The first set started evenly, but after the midway point, Levski applied pressure with serves and counter-attacks to pull away and close it at 25:18.
In the second set, the intrigue lasted longer, with the game going point for point until the tenth. After that, "the Blues" launched a series of solid attacks and blocks, which secured their lead and the final 25:21.
The third set proceeded under the control of the visitors – an early lead, maintaining the distance, and a cool-headed finish at 25:18 secured the clean sweep.
