The champion Maritsa (Plovdiv) continues its international preparation for the 2026/2027 season, and after two control matches in Serbia, the Bulgarian champion will participate in a tournament in Romania from September 25 to 27.
The Plovdiv team has already played their first two test matches in Serbia. Maritsa defeated Crvena Zvezda (Belgrade) 3:1, and then lost 1:3 to the Serbian champion TENT (Obrenovac).
The next stop in their preparation is the "Alba Blaj Arena", where the Bulgarian champion's opponents will be the host CSM Volei Alba Blaj and ZOK Ub. The Serbian team is the vice-champion and cup winner of the country.

Maritsa will begin its participation on Saturday, September 26, at 4:00 PM against ZOK Ub. On Sunday at 3:00 PM, the Plovdiv team will face the host Alba Blaj.
The tournament starts on Friday with the match between Alba Blaj and ZOK Ub.
