Sensation in Poland! 🟠
A week after a decisive loss to the same opponent in the TAURON Polish Cup final, Bogdanka LUK Lublin's volleyball players made a powerful comeback – 3:1 (23:25, 25:22, 25:18, 25:22) in the first PlusLiga semi-final match! 💥
🌪️ Wilfredo Leon exploded with 25 points, 13 of which were in the third set alone, and literally led the visitors to victory against the Polish giants!
🔶 Set 1: JSW started confidently, built an early lead, and with powerful performances from Fornal and Finian, closed out the set – 25:23.
🔶 Set 2: Leon started to get into his rhythm, Lublin took a 15:10 lead. Despite a temporary equalizer, an attack error by Fornal brought the set to the visitors – 25:22.
🔶 Set 3: After a quick lead for the hosts, Grozdanov and Leon played like a wall on the block, and the outside hitter also added service wonders – 13 points in the set and a convincing 25:18 for LUK!
🔶 Set 4: The Hawks led 11:8, but substitutes Tuinstra and Malinowski changed the game. A new tie, a new block – and the match ended 25:22!
