At the official award ceremony for "Sportsman of the Year"
the "Team of the Year of Ruse Municipality" award was given to the volleyball club "Dunav" with coaches Plamen Hristov and Krasimir Mironov. The team won the Bulgarian "Higher League" cup, thereby earning participation in the Super League.
The newcomer in the elite has three wins in the championship so far and is ambitious to keep its place among the best.
