The nominal away team from Aytos started the match better and took the first set 25:23, setting the pace early on. However, the team from Karlovo responded, tightening their ranks and gradually imposing their rhythm. This allowed them to turn the match around after successful second and third sets – 25:23 and 25:21.
In the third set, Levski 2005 suffered a serious blow after their middle blocker Georgi Barbichukov got injured and left the game.
Nevertheless, the team from Karlovo maintained concentration and continued to dictate events on the court.
Aytos did not give up, and in the fourth set, they capitalized on their opponent's hesitation to equalize with a 25:21 win. Towards the end of the set, the Karlovo team came within a point but could not prevent the match from going to a tie-break.
In the decisive fifth set, both teams started evenly, but Levski 2005 gradually took the initiative and did not allow a comeback. The Karlovo team closed the match at 15:11 and celebrated their valuable success, which brings them promotion to the Super League.
