Bulgaria started with a clean victory over Montenegro at the U16 Women's Balkan Championship

The Bulgarian women's U16 team decisively defeated Montenegro 3:0 (25:11, 25:16, 25:19) in their first match of the Balkan Championship for this age group, held in Hristo Botev Hall in Sofia.

The Balkan Volleyball Association organized a competition for this age group for the first time. Vladislav Todorov - Sarata's girls never for a moment left any doubt as to who was better on the court.

Already in the first game, the point difference exceeded 10. Only in the third game did the girls from the former Yugoslav republic offer resistance, even taking the lead at the beginning of the game. Gradually, our girls took the initiative and did not let go until the very end of the match.

The victory was also watched by several "golden girls" from the U18 team.

Unfortunately, in the very first set, the team captain was injured, stepping awkwardly after landing from a block and eventually limping off to greet her opponents.
