Turkey survived a five-set battle against the Dominican Republic

The Turkish women's national team achieved a difficult 3:2 (17:25, 25:20, 25:16, 23:25, 15:11) victory over the Dominican Republic in a match from the first week of the Volleyball Nations League in Brazil.
The match saw many twists and turns. The Dominicans started stronger and took the first set 25:17. Turkey responded with two consecutive sets – 25:20 and 25:16, but the opponent brought back the intrigue after a 25:23 success in the fourth set. In the tie-break, the Turkish team asserted control and closed the match at 15:11.
