After his championship triumph with the University of Hawaii in the US college championship, Kristian Titriyski will once again don the jersey of Levski Sofia. The return of the opposite hitter is a significant move for "the Blues," who clearly demonstrate their ambitions to return to the top of Bulgarian volleyball in the new season.

Titriyski is not an unfamiliar name to Levski fans. It was with the blue jersey that he made a significant step towards men's volleyball and established himself as one of the most promising Bulgarian opposite hitters. In the 2023/24 season, he was part of the team that won the championship title, and then continued his development overseas.
In the USA, the Bulgarian had a strong period with the Hawaii team, where he managed to achieve the greatest success in university volleyball - the NCAA title. This experience and accumulated confidence should now help Levski in battles on the domestic scene and in European tournaments.
Titriyski himself did not hide his emotions about his return to the club's website:
"Returning home is always a special feeling. Levski is the club that built me as a volleyball player and as a person. I am happy to be returning precisely here. I am coming back with an NCAA title and with a desire to give my all so that we can become champions again!"
Head coach Nikolay Zhelyazkov also emphasized how important the opposite hitter will be for the squad in the new season. The coach highlighted both the player's qualities and the fact that he is now fully recovered and in very good form.
"I am extremely happy that Kristian will be with us in the new season. He is a very high-quality player. I am glad that he is healthy now and playing very strongly. With his return, he will help us a lot, and we will help him, so that we can achieve our goals together," said Zhelyazkov.
With the signing of Titriyski, Levski not only adds class in attack but also a player who perfectly knows the club's atmosphere and the expectations associated with the blue jersey. And when the experience from a championship season in one of the strongest college leagues in the world is added to this, the ambitions of the capital's grand club look more than serious.
