Bulgarian national player Kalina Veneva will officially begin her preparation with her new club Banca Valsabbina Millenium Brescia on August 4, when the team gathers for the start of pre-season training for the new season in the Italian Serie A2.
The club's program for the first day includes the volleyball players being welcomed by head coach Matteo Solforati, operations director Alberto Roffia, and general director Emanuele Catania. This will be followed by the traditional media session, where the athletes will be introduced to journalists.
On August 6, the "Lionesses" will hold their first official training session in the gym in Montichiari, and in the afternoon, they will also have their first ball practice at PalaGeorge arena. All training sessions during the first week will be closed to the public.

The team's first official meeting with fans is scheduled for August 7 at 8:00 PM at the Wiener Haus restaurant in Brescia. It is then that fans will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the new squad of Millenium Brescia, including Bulgarian national player Kalina Veneva, who joined the Italian club this summer.
Millenium Brescia will begin its eleventh consecutive season in the Italian Serie A, and during the 2026/2027 campaign, it will be part of the elite Serie A1. Thus, Kalina Veneva will have the opportunity to debut in one of the strongest club championships in the world.
