Nikola Grbic's team took the lead after a strong first set, but the Serbs gradually raised their level and achieved a comeback. After a contested tie-break, Serbia won 3:2 (23:25, 25:22, 28:26, 22:25, 16:14).
The match offered several debuts in the Polish squad, and the young players left a good impression. Bartosz Lomanski excelled in blocking, David Dulski was stable in attack, and Jakub Majchrzak and Marcel Bakaj showed good coordination in crucial moments.
In the tie-break, Poland had a lead, but Serbia equalized at 13:13 and with a successful block at the end, closed the match in their favor.
