Nasya Dimitrova and her Kuzeyboru AKSARAY will face an Italian team in the playoffs of the CEV Cup tournament. This became clear after Igor Gorgonzola NOVARA defeated Polish ŁKS Commercecon ŁÓDŹ 3-0 yesterday (the first match was also 3-0 for the Italians). Dimitrova's team reached this stage of the competition after eliminating French Volley MULHOUSE Alsace 2-3 in their away game, having won the first match 3-1. In the second match, the second referee was Bulgarian Atanas Varbanov. Dimitrova scored 6 points (1 block).
The first playoff match will be played in Turkey, with dates and times yet to be determined.
