Montpellier defeated Poitiers in the most anticipated match of the 13th round of the Marmara SpikeLeague on Tuesday evening with a 3:0 (25:12, 25:16, 25:16) victory.Coming off a streak of four consecutive wins, Ervin Ngapeth's teammates, who will leave the club in January, were outplayed by the Montpellier team with Nicolas Le Goff. After a difficult start to the match (12-25 in the first set), Dan Lewis's players recovered in the second (10-10, 18-16). Then Dimitar Dimitrov stepped up to the service line, and with his two aces, he crushed Poitiers' hopes for something better.
