The national women's U18 team, coached by Antonina Zetova, will play a friendly match against the team led by Borislav Krachanov (women's U20), which is also preparing for EuroVolley 2024, hosted by our country (July 10-21). The match is scheduled for Thursday at 5 PM in the capital's Hristo Botev Hall. Zetova's squad departs on Saturday for the European Championship. The continental competition for women's U18 will take place from July 1 to 13 in Romania and Greece. Our national team is in Group II, and its matches will be played in the capital of the island of Crete - Heraklion.

16 teams are participating in the European Championship for women's U18,
divided into two groups of 8. They will play on a "round-robin" system.
The teams that finish first in their group qualify for the Top 4. In the
semifinals, teams from both groups play cross-over (first against
second).
