Nick Macrae, assistant coach of the Long Beach University team, which includes three Bulgarians, has been appointed head coach of the USA U17 boys' national team. The first camp for this selection is expected at the end of the month and will be held at the national volleyball base in Anaheim, California.

"I am excited to unite the three areas of my profession and life that bring me the most joy, with our young talents at the upcoming USAV NTDP winter camp," Macrae, who was a guest at the European Championship for U18 youth in Sofia in the summer, wrote on his Instagram profile.
