Levski Sofia recorded their ninth consecutive success in the Bulgarian men's volleyball championship. "The Blues" won 3:1 (25:22, 21:25, 25:17, 25:20) against hosts Montana and maintain their convincing leadership in the temporary standings.

The team led by coach Nikolay Zhelyazkov had a serious advantage against the team from Montana and only had problems in the second set. The hosts failed to organize their attack well, which further influenced the final result.

Venislav Antov was a major contributor to the champions' victory with 25 points.

For the hosts, who are currently in fourth place, Kaloyan Valchinov scored 17 points.

In another match of the round, Hebar surprisingly won 3:2 (17:25, 25:22, 25:21, 16:25, 15:11) against Neftochimik 2010, who are in second place in the standings. In the tie-break, the team from Pazardzhik had a lead of 8:6 and 11:9 and achieved the final success after 15:11.

Uriel Batista was the most effective player for Hebar's success with 18 points. For the visitors, Axel Trukhchev finished with 24 points.

Beroe 2016 maintains its third position in the standings after a 3:1 (25:22, 16:25, 25:18, 25:16) victory against Dunav Ruse. Rusi Zhelev distinguished himself for the team from Stara Zagora with 19 points.

On Sunday, Lokomotiv Plovdiv hosts Cherno More in the last match of the round.
