Alex Grozdanov finished with 7 points (5 blocks) in BOGDANKA LUK Lublin's victory over PSG Stal Nysa in a match from the 12th round of the Polish PlusLiga. Bogdanka was considered the favorite, but the win did not come easy.

The team from Nysa, led by former national player Daniel Plinski, did what they could and made things as difficult as possible for their opponent. Star player Leon only scored 2 points.

The second set turned out to be the most contested, not starting well for the hosts, who made elementary mistakes, resulting in a 6:2 lead for Nysa. A nervous Massimo Botti called a timeout.

After some time, Kosiba made his second consecutive ace in Wilfredo Leon's zone. However, the hosts managed to get back into the game. After a block by Grozdanov against Kosiba, the difference was reduced to 10:13. Another victim of Alex Grozdanov's block was Abramowicz, and then Dulski. Another block followed, and the hosts equalized (16:16). In the following minutes, the score fluctuated around a tie (18:18, 21:21). At the end of the set, Dulski stopped Mikolaj Sawicki with a block – 24:23, and after an exchange of ties, the hosts managed to close the set – 26:24.
