Alexander Vinaliev takes over the referee commission, Ivaylo Ivanov and Atanas Varbanov become deputies, Milko Bagdasarov out of the beach

The Management Board of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation approved the composition and structure of four of the permanent commissions within the federation - the Referees', Disciplinary, Appeals, and Beach Volleyball Commissions. There are changes in each one, and three of the commissions also have new chairpersons.

 

After the General Assembly of the BFV, held on September 28 this year, one of the first changes was announced. Alexander Vinaliev headed theReferees' Commission, replacing Pencho Angelov in the position. At Vinaliev's proposal, at the meeting of the BFV Management Board held on November 11, the following Executive Board was unanimously approved:

 

  • Alexander Vinaliev – Chairman;

  • Ivaylo Ivanov – Deputy Chairman;

  • Atanas Varbanov – Deputy Chairman;

  • Konstantin Yovchev - Appointments Commission;

  • Vanya Parvanova – Rules of the Game Commission;

  • Lyubomir Sirakov – Ethics Commission;

  • Stoyan Barev – Finance Commission;

  • Lyubomir Petrov – Secretary;

  • Petar Harizanov;

  • Dobromir Dobrev;

  • Martin Yanakiev;

  • Simeon Ivanov.

 

 Regional Managers:Martin Yanakiеv (Sofia), Simeon Ivanov (Dupnitsa), Slavi Yankov (Montana), Chavdar Marev (Plovdiv), Svetoslav Kostadinov (Stara Zagora Region), Angel Angelov (Burgas), Milen Stoyanov (Varna) and Ignat Mitev (Pleven).

 

There is also a new chairman in theAppeals Committee.The new chairman is attorney Rosen Alexandrov, and the committee also includes attorneys Georgi Rogachev and Oleg Djorov.

 

There are also changes in theBeach Volleyball Committee,which was headed by Penyo Nenkov. His proposal for the composition of the committee was unanimously accepted. The members included are Nikolay Rusev, Milen Stoyanov, Ognyan Andonov, Mario Iliev, Iva Partaleva and Tsvetelin Andreev.

 

Ivan Piperkov remains chairman of theDisciplinary Committee, but there are changes in its composition. Petar Atanasov, Ivan Ivanov, Lyubomir Sirakov and Stepan Kirkorov were approved as members.
