On November 11, at 11 a.m. at Park Hotel Moskva, a meeting of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation will take place, where candidacies for new coaches of 5 national teams will be considered. As we have repeatedly announced, there are 8 interested parties. It is possible that some of the positions may remain vacant after today's meeting, as the required number of votes may not be gathered for their appointment. It also became clear that David Davidov, a member of the old Management Board, will abstain from voting, as he believes he does not have the moral right to do so. "I am from the old Management Board, I know that it continues to be legitimate, but I believe that the other 14 colleagues are sufficient," he shared withvolleyweek.bgone of the two presidents of VC "Levski-Sofia".

It is not certain whether Davidov will even attend the meeting, to which the newly elected members of the Management Board are also invited, but they will be without voting rights. The main intrigue will be the choice of coach for the women's team, where Toni Zetova and Ivan Petkov will compete, but there are no deadlines for this choice. Nevertheless, such a choice must take place by the end of the month, as it is related to the preparation of documentation, determination of staff and budgets of the teams, all of which must be submitted to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
