"The only sure thing is that I will not run for coach of the women's team!" he answered the persistent question of a volleyweek.bg reporter. The still unconfirmed information is that Zhivkov will present his concept for the U19 team at the upcoming selection procedure.

The other candidate is Andrey Zekov, who is currently a coach at "Levski Sofia". Andrey is a coach with a future, both for "Levski" and it will be an honor for him to contend for the position of national selector, confirmed the news tovolleyweek.bgVladimir Nikolov. For his part, Nikolov was categorical that he himself had no coaching ambitions. "This summer I took on this responsibility because it was imperative," Nikolov clarified.
As it has already become clear, the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation has announced a procedure for appointing coaches for four national teams: women U19 (born after January 1, 2007, and younger), women U21 (born after January 1, 2005, and younger), men U19 (born after January 1, 2007, and younger), as well as men U21 (born after January 1, 2005, and younger).
