The teamless Rado Parapunov is likely to play at home.

Former national player Radoslav Parapunov, who was left without a team after announcing in early August that he would continue his career in Germany, is likely to play in the domestic championship. In the new season, the 27-year-old opposite wore the jersey of the Champions League debutant - Helios Grizzlies (Giesen). He took part in two matches of the Bundesliga Supercup tournament at the end of September, where they finished third. "After that, a conversation followed between me and the team's management, as a result of which we parted ways by mutual agreement at the end of September," explained tovolleyweek.bgParapunov. He has been replaced by Canadian opposite Sam Cooper, who most recently played for Polish vice-champion Warta Zawiercie. Parapunov is currently in Bulgaria, waiting to find a team. He was spotted in the "Levski Sofia" hall at the Supercup final tournament, as well as at the match between Maritsa and Levski this evening. There is a possibility that he will play for CSKA, whose youth academy he is from, if he does not find a team abroad. Until then, the volleyball player is keeping in shape with the "Reds".

With Vojvodina, Parapunov recorded a golden double in the 2021/2022 season - Cup and title, and in 2022/2023 finished with silver medals in the championship, and also played in the final for the national Cup, but both times they were defeated by Partizan (Belgrade). Before that, Parapunov spent four years in the US collegiate championship, where he competed for Hawaii.
