Elitsa Atanasijevic and Hristina Vuchkova won their first trophy in Turkey. The Bulgarian ex-internationals lifted the Axa Sigorta Champions Cup with their club team Fenerbahce Medicana, defeating Eczacibasi with a 3:1 score. Melissa Vargas from Fenerbahce was awarded as the Most Valuable Player.
This is the fifth cup from the championship for the Turkish team.
