This happened at the request of VC "Slavia", filed today in the Sofia City Court with a request to stop the registration of the election of a new management board of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation. Ivan Seferinov also confirmed these actions. With his ruling, the judge suspended the registration of the changes in the federation's management body, and until a final decision on the case, decisions will be made by the old management board. What follows: the court convenes in a closed session, where it decides whether to admit for consideration on the merits the claim of VC "Slavia", after which, if this happens, there is a one-month period to schedule the first hearing in the case. Meanwhile, interested parties have a one-week period to appeal the ruling of the Sofia City Court before a higher instance, the Sofia Court of Appeal.
The court stopped the registration of the new management board of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation.
