Has Zoran Terzic accepted the invitation to coach the Serbian women's national team?

Zoran Terzic has accepted the invitation to be the new head coach of the Serbian women's national volleyball team. This is what media west of Kalotina are reporting. The Serbs were left without coaches for both men's and women's teams after the Olympics in Paris.
According to unofficial information from "Meridian Sport", the expert has decided to accept the invitation from the Volleyball Federation of Serbia and continue where he left off in 2021. The agreed cooperation is for a longer period of time, probably until the Los Angeles Olympics.

Meanwhile, Terzic coached the Russian national team, which was not allowed to participate in international competitions. His two-year contract with the Russian federation expired in the summer. During this time, Serbia was led first by Daniele Santarelli (bronze in the Nations League, gold at the World Championship), and then by Giovanni Guidetti (silver at the European Championship).

After the failure at the Olympic Games, the collaboration with the VakifBank coach was not continued.

With the Serbian women's national team, Terzic won thirty medals, according to those familiar with the statistics. From World Championships, the women's national team has gold in 2018 and bronze in 2006. Their performance at the European Championship is even more impressive - silver in 2007, gold in 2011, bronze in 2015, gold in 2017, gold in 2019, and silver at the championship in 2021. At the Olympic Games, he won silver in 2016 in Rio and bronze in 2021 in Tokyo.
