Kaziyski with 12 points in the home win against Lube, Alex Nikolov enters briefly in the first game

Matey Kaziyski scored 12 points in Allianz Milano's 3-0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-22) home victory against Cucine Lube Civitanova in a match from the second round of the Italian Volleyball SuperLega. At the beginning of the match, a minute of silence was observed in memory of the president of the Italian Golf Federation, Franco Chimenti. The Lombards controlled the match entirely, with reception proving to be a major problem for the visitors. Giampaolo Medei started with the Iranian Poriya, who was later replaced by Loeppky. Even Dirlic's entry in the third set did not help. Roberto Piazza's boys held the reins firmly and did not relinquish the initiative until the end. Alex Nikolov entered briefly in the first set, recording only one unsuccessful attack attempt. According to sources, he is not yet fully recovered.
