Montana and CSKA recorded victories at the start of the three-day "Boris Gyuderov" cup tournament in Pernik. Last year's trophy winner Montana had a tough 3:2 win over Lokomotiv Avia Plovdiv. For Plovdiv, national player Niki Kyrtev played his first match.

In the other match, the CSKA team had no difficulties with the host team from Minyor. In less than an hour, the "reds" recorded a clean 3:0 victory.

Tomorrow the tournament continues with the matches Lokomotiv Avia - CSKA and Montana - Minyor. Nikolay Penchev, who still doesn't have a team for the new season, is expected to play in the red jersey for the Sofia team.
