The President of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) Rocco Sikiric sent a congratulatory address to Lyubomir Ganev on the occasion of his re-election as head of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation. On September 28, the clubs voted for Ganev for a new 4-year term.
