Italy without eight of its main squad in Ljubljana

The Italian national team will go to the last week of the Nations League tournament without eight of its main squad members. In Ljubljana next week, we will not see Alessandro Michieletto, Daniele Lavia, Roberto Russo, Gianluca Galassi, Yuri Romano, Simone Giannelli, Fabio Balaso, and Simone Anzani. Coach Fefè De Giorgi is giving a rest to the players who were at the heart of the seven successes in the two tournaments of the Volleyball Nations League, which was enough to qualify the "Squadra Azzurra" for the Paris Olympics. The Bulgarians play against the Italians on June 20 at 4:30 PM local time. We are still waiting for Gianlorenzo Blengini's list for the last week of the Nations League, which will be held in "Stožice Arena" in Ljubljana.
Fefè De Giorgi's chosen players:
Setters - Marco Falaschi (Pallavolo Padova), Paolo Porro (Allianz Milano), Riccardo Sbertoli (Itas Trentino).
Outside Hitters - Tommaso Rinaldi (Valsa Group Modena), Francesco Recine (Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza), Luca Porro (Pallavolo Padova), Davide Gardini (Pallavolo Padova), Mattia Bottolo (Cucine Lube Civitanova).
Middle Blockers - Edoardo Caneschi (Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza), Lorenzo Cortesia (Rana Verona), Leandro Mosca (Rana Verona), Giovanni Sanguinetti (Valsa Group Modena).
Opposite Hitters - Alessandro Bovolenta (Consar Ravenna), Fabrizio Gironi (Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza).
Liberos - Marco Gaggini (Mint Vero Volley Monza), Gabriele Laurenzano (Itas Trentino).
