VC Neftochimic 2010 will participate in an international tournament in the Greek city of Orestiada with grandees of Greek and Romanian volleyball. It will be held from September 27 to 29 in the "Nikos Samaras" hall, where Martin Stoev's team will compete against the eponymous host team, the 20-time champion of our southern neighbor Panathinaikos, and the winner of 18 titles (the most in history) of Romania - Dinamo (Bucharest).
The Burgas team starts on Friday, the 27th, at 18:00 against Orestiada, the next day at the same time is the match with Dinamo, and on Sunday at 16:00 they finish against Panathinaikos.
The head coach of VC Neftochimic 2010, Martin Stoev, has a reserved place in Orestiada's volleyball history. With him in its squad and under the leadership of his father Stoyan Stoev, the team became the first Greek team to play in a European tournament final - for the CEV Cup in 1995.
