Bulgarian outside hitter Georgi Tatarov remained out of the "yellow-reds" squad. Volleyweek.bg contacted him, and he confirmed that he had contracted a virus in the last ten days. Tatarov specified to us that he even visited a hospital to manage his condition. Currently, he is gradually recovering and hopes to be ready for the decisive playoff matches. This put an end to rumors that the national team player was no longer part of the team, as he had not played in the team's last three matches.
Galatasaray is set to participate in the playoff stage (1-4) of the Turkish championship, with the team opening its series against Halkbank on April 12.
Ziraat Bankkart solidified its strong season with a trophy and showed that it remains a main favorite in the battle for the title.
