PAOK tied the series – a decisive fifth match after a strong intervention by Nikolay Kolev

PAOK brought back the intrigue in the semifinals of the Greek championship, after defeating Milon 3:0 (25:20, 28:26, 25:21) and leveling the series at 2-2 wins. In the key moments, Bulgarian middle blocker Nikolay Kolev shined, helping with two crucial blocks at the end of the third set for the final turnaround.
The decisive fifth match will be played on April 9, 2026, in Nea Smyrni, and the winner will face Panathinaikos in the final.
PAOK showed stronger mentality at the end of the sets and capitalized on many opponent errors, especially after the 20th point. Fernando Hernandez was the top scorer with 20 points, deservedly being chosen as MVP.

Team Aces Attacks Efficiency Blocks Opponent Errors
PAOK 5 39 48% 6 28
Milon 4 41 46% 8 14

The difference came from errors – PAOK scored twice as many points after Milon's inaccuracies, which proved decisive for the clean victory.
Nikolay Kolev finished with 5 points (1 ace, 2 blocks), but his contribution was crucial precisely in the most tense moment of the match.
