Martin Atanasov continues his good performance in Indonesia after helping Bhayangkara to a second consecutive victory in the Proliga Final Four. The team from Jakarta prevailed over Garuda Jaya with 3:0(25:18,25:14,25:17), and the Bulgarian outside hitter finished with 8 points, 1 ace.

The symbolic hosts from Jakarta Garuda Jaya started the match better and took a 6:3 lead at the beginning of the first game. Gradually, Bhayangkara equalized the game, and a point-for-point battle ensued until 13:14. From that moment, the visitors took control, and at 13:16, Martin Atanasov had already scored his first point.
The lead began to increase, and at 17:22, Atanasov scored his second point in the game, while Bardia Saadat already had 4 points. At 18:23, the Bulgarian outside hitter scored with a back-row attack (pipe) for the first set point, and shortly after, Bhayangkara closed the set with 25:18 in 29 minutes. Atanasov finished the set with 3 points.
The second set started with a whirlwind for Bhayangkara, who took an impressive 8:0 lead. At 16:6, Atanasov already had 6 points, including 1 ace, while Saadat had accumulated 10. There was no comeback until the end, and after an attack by the Iranian, set point came, followed by a block that made it 25:14 in 23 minutes.
The third set was the most evenly matched at the start, with the score going point for point until 10:10. Saadat followed with an ace for 11:10, after which Bhayangkara gradually built a 2-3 point lead. The difference became four at 20:16 after another attack by the Iranian. It was Saadat from the back row who made it 23:17, a block followed for 24:17, and an ace by Anda ended the match – 25:17 in 26 minutes.
Bhayangkara dominated after the middle of the first set and especially in the second, where an early 8-point lead decided the outcome. The third set was more even, but Saadat's attacking class and Atanasov's stable play tipped the scales.
The most effective scorer was the Iranian Bardia Saadat with 17 points (3 aces, 1 block).
"I feel good... we started tough, but then we relaxed and enjoyed the game," Atanasov said after his debut in Indonesia.
In their next match, Martin Atanasov's Bhayangkara will face Jakarta Lavani, for which the German scorer Georg Grozer was recruited for the Final Four.
