German volleyball legend Georg Grozer will reinforce Jakarta Lavani Livin Transmedia for the Proliga 2026 Final Four, after finishing his season in China with bronze medals for Shanghai Bright.
This sets up a new duel with Bulgarian national player Martin Atanasov, who plays for Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi.

The two already met at the World Championship in the Philippines, where Bulgaria defeated Germany 3:0 (40:38, 25:22, 25:20) — a success that marked the beginning of their journey to the silver medals.

Two Direct Clashes

Atanasov and Grozer will face each other twice in the round-robin phase:

• 🗓️ April 19, 2026 – Semarang

The format is a double round-robin system, with each team playing six matches.

How the Medals are Determined

After this phase:

• the first two teams qualify for the final

• the third and fourth teams play for bronze

The decisive matches for the title and bronze will be held in Yogyakarta (April 24–26).
