The regular season in SuperLega Credem Banca 2025/26 concluded without sensations in the last 22nd round, but with clearly defined playoff lines. The biggest news – a repeat of last season's final already in the quarterfinals:
🔥 ITAS Trentino vs. Cucine Lube Civitanova
This became a reality after champion Trento's convincing victory against Cisterna and its final third-place finish.
Trento finished third ahead of Modena, despite equal 47 points and the same number of wins, because they have significantly more 3:0 victories (11 vs. 5), which is the decisive criterion for a tie in the SuperLega standings.
Trento closed the regular season in style
The champions defeated Cisterna 3:0(25:15, 25:19, 25:15) in the BTS Arena and secured third position.
Fabio Soli's team imposed total control in every set, with the foundation laid by:
10 successful blocks (3 by Lavia)
strong serve
high attack efficiency
Individual highlights:
Ferre – 15 points, 76% efficiency
Ramon – 13 points, 4 aces
Flavio – 71% in attack, 2 blocks
Gabi Garcia – 6 points, 80% in attack
Cisterna never managed to find its rhythm.
Results from the 22nd round

Quarter-final dates
March 8, 15, 18, 22, 29, 2026
The series is to three wins out of five matches.
The most anticipated series, without a doubt, is the one between Trento and Lube. The champion enters with momentum, a stable block, and a balanced attack, but Civitanova boasts one of the deepest rotations in the league. The team from the autonomous region of Trentino – Alto Adige has some rotation problems due to the absence of Alessandro Michieletto and the recently operated Augustin Loser. The positive news for the champions is the gradual return to play of Daniele Lavia.
Perugia seems to have the easiest path to the semifinals, while Modena – Piacenza promises a physical and tactical clash with no clear favorite.
Verona versus Milano should also not be underestimated – the team from Milano finished the season strongly and can create problems.
