Bogdanka LUK Lublin finished the group without a loss, Leon shone against Galatasaray

Polish champion Bogdanka LUK Lublin definitively concluded its participation in the group stage of the Champions League. The team had already secured first place in Group B and direct qualification for the playoffs even before the last match against Galatasaray HDI Istanbul, but reaffirmed its dominance with a convincing victory with3:0(25:17,25:21,26:24).

The hosts controlled the match for most of the time, with the third set being the most contested, in which the Turkish team tried to bring back the excitement, but Lublin remained calm and closed the match at 26:24.

The big star of the Polish team, Wilfredo Leon, was once again at the center of attention and deservedly received the award for the most valuable player. He finished with 20 points, 4 aces, and 67% in attack.
