MVP Ivan Tasev led DEAC to a clean victory in Kecskemét

Bulgarian receiver Ivan Tasev played a key role in DEAC's success, as they won as guests against Kecskeméti RC with a score of 0:3 (23:25, 15:25, 21:25) in a TippmixPro Férfi NB I Extraliga match. Tasev was the top scorer with 24 points (+19 efficiency, 1 block, and an impressive 72% attack efficiency), while Vladislav Pavliuk added 18 for the decisive victory. Logically, Tasev was named MVP of the match.

The match started difficult for the team from Debrecen, who trailed for a long time in the first set. After stabilizing their block and a strong final push, DEAC snatched the set, and an ace from Pavliuk sealed the set – 23:25.

In the second set, the visitors came out like a whirlwind and quickly built a huge lead at the start, which they maintained until the end – 15:25.

The third set was the most contested, with the hosts attempting to bring back the intrigue, but in decisive moments, Tasev spiked for the first match point and closed out the match – 21:25.
Following this victory, Ivan Tasev is now ranked #3 among receivers in the Hungarian Extraliga by overall index (Ranking Index 0.32924), having amassed 165 attack points, 22 aces, and 60 perfect receptions in 16 matches.

DEAC continues its successful run and is in fifth place in the standings, with the team's next championship match scheduled for February 15th, when they will host MAFC.
