All three teams with Bulgarian participation Cucine Lube Civitanova, Vero Volley Monza, and Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina recorded losses, with only Monza and Grottazzolina managing to secure a ranking point after a tie-break.
Cucine Lube Civitanova lost their away game against Allianz Milano, which also affected their standing the team remains in 6th place with 31 points after 18 played matches.
