Visiting Radnicki continues to prove that this season they are a completely different factor in the Serbian championship. Nikola Milosavljevic's team achieved their most significant victory of the campaign after yesterday they prevailed over Železničar in their own hall following a dramatic match that ended in a tie-break – 3:2 (25:20,25:23,19:25,26:28,15:11).
Despite the loss, Bulgarian national player Emileta Racheva was the brightest figure for the hosts, finishing as the top scorer of the match. The other Bulgarian in the team - setter Lora Kitipova - finished with 2 points.

After eight rounds played, Radnicki's record is 6–2, which places them among the strongest teams this season. Železničar has a 5–3 record and needs to react quickly, as a much more serious challenge lies ahead.
In just a few days - on December 3rd - one of the best European clubs – Vero Volley Milano – arrives in Lajkovac for the second round of the Champions League. The loss to Radnicki is a warning that the champions of Serbia need to be much more precise if they want to stand up against the giant from Italy.
