Solemn ceremonies in Byala and Sofia marked the official end of the beach volleyball season, with the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation honoring the new national champions for 2025. The events brought together the most promising young athletes, their coaches, and club leaders who define the image of this dynamically developing sport in our country.
Special emphasis was placed on the performances of the youth formations, who demonstrated high class and serious preparation throughout the year. In the various age categories, the new republican champions were awarded, having won their titles after consistently strong participation in the national tournament calendar.
Girls' Champions
In the categoryGirls U17the first place was taken by the representatives of "Beach Volley Burgas" -Simona Milusheva and Anelia Popova, who finished the season with74 ranking points.
For theGirls U19the title went to the pair from "Energy Varna" -Vayana Zarkova and Viktoria Stoyanova, who topped the standings in their group with an impressive76 points.
Boys' Champions
In the competition forBoys U17the 2025 champion isGeorgi Popovfrom Energy Varna, who solidified his position as a leading young talent with62 points.
In the higher age group –boys under 19– the national title was won byAlexander Dobrevfrom CSKA, ending the season with a total of40 points.
Club distinction
Energy Varna's strong presence in all age groups logically led to the most prestigious club recognition. The organization, led byEvgeni Petkov, received the award"Club Champion for 2025"– an appraisal for consistent work and sustainable results throughout the season.
