The son of legendary Italian setter Dante Boninfante - Mattia, will be setting for Alex Nikolov in Lube. Yesterday, the club's new additions, Boninfante and middle blocker Davi Tenorio, were presented to the Italian media and fans.

Mattia will also face his former club Modena.
Mattia Boninfante and Alex Nikolov played against each other in the semi-final of the European Championship in Montesilvano in the autumn of 2022, when Italy defeated Bulgaria and subsequently became U20 European champions.
