The Italian Lega Volley Serie A officially announced the updated program for the two major events of the 2025/26 season – the Del Monte® Italian Cup and the Del Monte® Supercup. The news comes with two key decisions: confirmation of Bologna as the host of the Italian Cup and a change in the dates of the Supercup, which this time will be played immediately after the end of the regular season.
Del Monte® Italian Cup – February 7 and 8, Bologna hosts again
The prestigious Italian Cup tournament will be held onFebruary 7 and 8, 2026and will once again be hosted by Bologna.Unipol Arenafor the eighth time will be home to the Final Four – a confirmation of the excellent partnership between the League, local institutions, and one of the most modern sports arenas in the country.
This will bethe tenth edition of the Final Four in the Emilia-Romagna region, where the atmosphere and organization over the last decade have established themselves as a benchmark in international volleyball. Bologna has become a natural home for the event, guaranteeing full stands and a high-class sporting spectacle.
Del Monte® Supercup – February 28 and March 1, at the end of the regular season
The big surprise comes from the format of the Del Monte® Supercup. Traditionally held at the beginning of the season, it will be playedFebruary 28 and March 1, 2026, meaningimmediately after the end of the regular season, and not in November, as originally planned.
The event had already been moved twice – it was initially supposed to be played in Saudi Arabia on November 7–8, after which it was postponed to the Christmas period. Now the League makes a final decision and places the Supercup at an even more intense and strategic moment in the calendar. The host will be announced separately.

They will meet just days before the start ofthe playoffs, which will be postponed by one week due to the new dates of the tournament.
