Modena with a brilliant renaissance in front of 3000 spectators, Boris Nachev with participation for Padua

On the day Italian volleyball celebrated the 100th anniversary of the birth of the legendary Giuseppe Panini, "Valsa Group Modena" delighted the audience at PalaPanini with a decisive 3-0 victory (25-22, 25-20, 25-17) over "Sonepar Padova". Around 3000 fans witnessed a convincing performance by the hosts, who put last week's defeat by Perugia behind them.

The MVP of the match was libero Luke Perry, who stood out with 80% positive reception, while Austrian opposite Paul Buchegger led the attack with 15 points and 3 aces. Middle blocker Giovanni Sanguinetti added 11 points and a total of 4 aces.

For the guests from Padova, Alessandro Gardini's 13 points were not enough, and among those used by coach Luca Cuttini was also Bulgarian international Boris Nachev, who entered the game in the third set and finished with 1 point.

The difference in serving efficiency is telling "," Modena accumulated 8 aces against 2 for Padova. At the same time, the hosts made only 10 attack errors throughout the entire match, which speaks to disciplined and balanced volleyball.

Modena returned to winning ways on a symbolic day for the club, demonstrating maturity and energy in every element. Andrea Giuliani's team stood out with more aggressive serving and solid defensive work, led by Luke Perry.

Padova, for its part, continues to search for consistency. Despite Gardini's good performances and Nachev's efforts, the team seemed to lack sufficient confidence in long rallies.
