Darina Naneva with six blocks in a rout over Crvena Zvezda, topped the ranking in this element

Bulgarian national player Darina Naneva continues her impressive performance in the Serbian championship. The central blocker for Jedinstvo SP was among the best on the court during her team's emphatic 3:0 (25:18, 25:19, 25:17) away victory against Crvena Zvezda in a league match played on October 31st in Belgrade.

With this match, Darina Naneva solidified her position as the leader in blocks in the Serbian championship — 22 successful blocks in 14 played sets, averaging 1.57 blocks per set. This is an exceptionally high level for a central blocker, demonstrating stability and consistency in one of the most difficult elements of the volleyball game.

It is particularly impressive that Naneva continues to demonstrate an excellent balance between defense and offense — 50% attack efficiency, which ranks her among the most effective middle blockers in the league.

The Bulgarian player also has a record-breaking match with 8 blocks from the second round, and after the last game, she was included among the reserves in the ideal team of the round — a well-deserved recognition for her form.
Her agent, former national player Eva Yaneva, came to watch her last match in Belgrade.
