Venislav Antov MVP on his debut in France

World vice-champion with Bulgaria, Venislav Antov, made an impressive debut in the first round of the French Marmara SpikeLigue LNV 2025/26, leading his Tourcoing to a dramatic 3:2 (22:25, 26:24, 25:23, 16:25, 15:11) away victory over Nice. The match was played in the hallJean-Marques-Palmeiraand offered a true volleyball spectacle.

The Bulgarian opposite hitter scored 26 points (1 block) with 53% attack efficiency and a +14 coefficient, which earned him the MVP award of the match.
Antov was extremely stable in the decisive tie-break, where he scored three consecutive points and turned the result in favor of the away team.
