Milano prevailed over Vallefoglia with 3–1 in Monza, Mika Stoyanova entered in the first game

Numia Vero Volley Milano won 3–1 (26–24; 19–25; 25–21; 25–16) against Megabox Ondulati Del Savio Vallefoglia in a mid-week Serie A1 match, played at the Opiquad Arena in Monza. After a hesitant start, the hosts found their rhythm and gained the upper hand thanks to better organization in block-defense and stability in attack.

The MVP of the match was libero Eleonora Fersino, who impressed with 80% positive and 73% perfect reception. Paola Egonu was the top scorer with 25 points, while American Khalia Lanier added 17 with 63% positive reception.
Mikaela Stoyanova made a brief appearance in the first set but did not score any points. Tsvetomira Mitkova once again did not get any playing time. At this stage, the two young Bulgarians continue to gain experience and adapt to the strong Italian league, where they are not yet expected to start among the regulars.

Milano is now looking forward to the next big match — Saturday, October 18, 5:30 PM (live on Rai 2) in Trieste, where they will contend with Imoco Conegliano for the Fineco Supercup – the first trophy of the season.
